Thanks to our huge inventory of labeling machines and supplies, we can offer same-day shipping to meet your just-in-time needs. Orders received before 3:30 PM Pacific time (6:30 Eastern) will ship the same day. If you're really in a hurry, we can also provide express shipping. Support for Manufacturer Warranties
We fully honor all manufacturer warranties. At Graphic Products, we only offer machines from reputable manufacturers. But should the manufacturer not honor their warranty, Graphic Products still will. You can buy from us with confidence that we'll be here to provide you with full support for the life of your printer.
Service and Repair
Our long history in the labeling business has given us the expertise to fix virtually any label printer problem. Whether your labeler needs to be repaired or just tuned up, our factory-trained technicians will be able to get in back in working order, quickly. We service everything we sell, as well as most other brands.
We know that you don't have time to sit and wait for your machine to be repaired, so we can often provide a free loaner machine while yours is in the shop.
