Special labels made specifically for wires and cables allow you to identify pairing, current, hazard or any other critical information associated with those wires. Two such labels are DuraLabel's Shrink Tubes and Self-Laminating Wire Wraps.

Shrink Tubes

Shrink tubes made from a special material that will shrink when heat is applied. After printing the desired information onto the tube with your DuraLabel PRO 300 or DuraLabel 2000 PLUS, the tube can then be slipped over the wire end. Applying heat will cause the label to shrink to a snug fit, that won't loosen. DuraLabel shrink tubes will make your wire marking look professional and organized, every time.

Self-Laminating Wire Wraps

Your DuraLabel printer will make organizing, categorizing, and identifying your wires and cables a snap.

A special, first-in-the-industry cryogenic tape is the technology behind these self-laminating wire wraps. These wire wraps "self laminate" around themselves, and can be used on all types of wires and cables, terminated or not. A clear laminate (shown right) wraps around a printed section to provide substantial protection to the printed area.

There are 6 colors to choose from, making them ideal for organizing wires and cables to achieve that professional look. Color coding your identification system will make identifying wires and cables even easier!

DuraLabel self-laminating wire wraps have other uses as well, including labeling tubing and conduits, and any other cylindrical objects.
